Bridging the Digital Gap with MICT4SCH
No ICT Lab? No Problem!
Across the Ningo-Prampram District, over 8,700 Junior High School pupils are missing out on vital digital skills due to non-functional ICT labs in 51 public schools. The Strength of Women Foundation (SOW Foundation) is addressing this challenge through an innovative solution - the Mobile ICT for Schools (MICT4SCH) project.
This fully equipped mobile ICT lab brings technology directly to learners. Housed in a custom van with 40 laptops, projectors, and power solutions, the mobile lab rotates among schools each month, providing hands-on digital training to every student.
Beyond the classroom, MICT4SCH extends digital literacy to out-of-school youth and community members, fostering responsible online behavior and preparing participants for the modern workforce. The project’s sustainability model also offers paid ICT services to private schools and communities, ensuring continued impact and growth.
We invite corporate partners, donors, and development agencies to join us in empowering the next generation of digital citizens. Together, we can ensure that every child - regardless of where they live - has the opportunity to learn, create, and thrive in the digital age.

Building a Resilient Future for Strength of Women Foundation
With support from the CSSF project, Strength of Women (SOW) Foundation has taken a significant step toward sustainability and growth. Moving from a shared office within the Executive Director’s residence to a dedicated office space at Goshen Plaza on the Prampram-Miotso road marks a milestone in our journey to building a resilient organization. This move, along with strategic initiatives such as the development of procedural policies, strengthens our operational capacity and positions SOW for long-term impact. As we continue to expand, we remain committed to fostering a structured, transparent, and efficient organization that drives meaningful change in the communities we serve.
